PT Lampung Energi Berjaya adalah anak usaha yang dimiliki oleh Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) Provinsi Lampung yakni PT. Lampung Jasa Utama (LJU). Didirikan pada tanggal 9 Juli 2019 berdasarkan Akta Pendirian Perusahaan oleh Notaris Siti Agustina Sari, S.H., M.Kn nomor 32 tanggal 09 Juli 2019.
PT Lampung Energi Berjaya (LEB) merupakan Perusahaan Perseroan Daerah (PPD) yang bergerak dibidang pengelolaan Participating Interest (PI) 10% di Wilayah Kerja South East Sumatera (WK SES) sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri ESDM RI tentang Pengelolaan PI (Permen ESDM RI no. 37 Tahun 2016).
LEB telah berhasil meraih Participating Interest 5% pada 23 Juni 2023 dan menjadikan LEB sebagai penerima Deviden terbesar dari sektor energi yang wilayah kerja nya terdapat di salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Lampung yakni Lampung Timur.
PT Lampung Energi Berjaya is a subsidiary company of the Government-Owned Enterprise of Lampung Province that is PT Lampung Jasa Utama (LJU). Established in July 9th, 2019 based on the Deed of Incorporation number 32 on July 9th, 2019 by Notary Public Siti Agustina Sari, S.H.,M.Kn.
PT Lampung Energi Berjaya is a regional company (PPD) which is engaged in the management of Participating Interest (PI) 10% in the South East Sumatera block in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of Republic of Indonesia Concerning the Management of PI 10% (Permen ESDM RI no. 37 of 2016)
LEB finally got the 5% of Participating Interest on June 23, 2023 making LEB as the biggest Deviden receiver in Lampung Province from energy sector which it’s block located in Lampung Timur Regency.
PROFIL UMUM WILAYAH KERJA SOUTH EAST SUMATERA (SES) / OFFSHORE SOUTHEAST SUMATERA BLOCK PROFILE
Wilayah Kerja Southeast Sumatera (WK SES) merupakan salah satu wilayah kerja strategis yang berada di ujung tenggara pulau Sumatera dan ujung barat laut Pulau Jawa. WK SES merupakan penghasil minyak terbesar untuk kategori wilayah kerja produksi Offshore di Indonesia.
South East Sumatera (SES) block is one of the strategic block that located in the southeastern tip of Sumatera island and the northwest tip of Java island. SES block is the largest oil producer of block production offshore category in Indonesia.
WK SES di operatori oleh PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) melalui anak usahanya yaitu PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore Southeast Sumatera (PHE OSES) pada tanggal 6 September 2018 dan menjadi pemegang saham mayoritas. Sebelumnya, WK SES dimiliki oleh konsorsium CNOOC Ltd. (65.54%), Pertamina (20.55%), SAKA (8.91%) dan Kufpec (5%) dengan CNOOC Ltd. sebagai operator. Kemudian, setelah proses akuisisi, PHE mengambil alih seluruh bagian saham dari CNOOC Ltd. dan menjadikan PHE OSES sebagai operator baru dengan sistem kontrak Gross Split.
SES block operated by PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) through its subsidiary PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore Southeast Sumatera (PHE OSES) on September 6th, 2018 and become the majority shareholder. Previously, SES block was owned by consortium of CNOOC Ltd. (65.54%), Pertamina (20.55%), SAKA (8.91%) dan Kufpec (5%) with CNOOC Ltd. As the operators. Later on, after the acquisition process, PHE took over all of the shares from CNOOC Ltd. and make PHE OSES as a new operator with a Gross Split contract system.
Saat ini, lapangan utama dan terbesar pada wilayah kerja ini adalah Lapangan Cinta dan Widuri. Selain minyak bumi, wilayah kerja Southeast Sumatera juga merupakan penghasil gas bumi dari lapangan besar Zelda dan Banuwati. Puncak produksi gas dari wilayah kerja ini adalah pada tahun 2015 yang mencapai 75 MMCFD.
Right now, the largest and main field in this block are Cinta and Widuri field. Besides oil, SES block also produces natural gas from Zelda and Banuwati field. The top production of natural gas from this block was on 2015 that reached 75 MMCFD.
