Mengikuti Peraturan Menteri ESDM Nomor 37/2016, LEB selaku pengelola PI 10% WK OSES dan mitra operator PHE OSES, LEB wajib untuk:
Following the Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of Republic of Indonesia Concerning the Management of PI 10% SES block as well as the operator partner of PHE OSES, LEB is required to:
1.Tidak melakukan kegiatan usaha lain selain pengelolaan PI 10% WK SES.
2.Membantu mempermudah proses percepatan penerbitan perizinan yang diperlukan dan membantu penyelesaian permasalahan yang timbul selama proses pelaksanaan kegiatan Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKS) di WK SES dengan dukungan Pemerintah Daerah.
- Did not allowed to do another kind of business except the managing of Participating Interest 10% SES Block.
- Help facilitate the process of accelerating the issuance of necessary permits and assist in solving problems that arise during the process of implementing the Cooperation Contract activities in the SES CA with the support of Regional Government.
